Ramadhan Series : Juz 7
Juz 7 continues Surah Al-Ma’idah (5:82-120) and Surah Al-An’am (6:1-110). This Juz highlights the importance of discipline, lawful sustenance, avoiding excess, and strengthening faith—key principles that contribute to overall well-being.

"And eat and drink, but be not excessive. Indeed, He does not like those who commit excess." (Al-A'raf 7:31)
