I’m Katheeja, a postgraduate in nutrition who found purpose in uniting faith and wellness.
After years in clinical nutrition and health coaching, I realized that true healing begins not just with food — but with faith, gratitude, and self-discipline.
Through Deen & Diet, I share lessons from both my professional experience and spiritual journey — hoping to help others live a life that is healthier, calmer, and closer to Allah.
